1. Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quotation, we may collect your name, email, telephone, organization, country, project details, selected services, invoices, payment references and communications. Super Admin accounts have protected login credentials. Our server may process standard security logs and technical information needed to operate the site.
2. How we use information
We process information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfill agreed services, issue invoices, support renewals, respond to change requests, protect the site, troubleshoot service problems and comply with applicable legal obligations. Transactional messages concern your existing enquiry, service or payment. Promotional messages require appropriate consent and offer opt-out options where applicable.
3. Data sharing and processors
Only authorized service providers may receive the information needed for approved hosting, email, cloud, licensing, payment processing, security or support tasks. Third-party products are subject to their own privacy notices where applicable. We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
4. Payments and credentials
Approved payment providers handle card, UPI and related transaction processing. We may retain payment status and references for reconciliation, but our website does not need to store your full payment-card details. Do not send passwords, OTPs, API secrets or confidential credentials in public enquiry forms.
5. Cookies, preferences and analytics
Essential session cookies protect login and form security. The website stores your light/dark/system theme preference locally in your browser so it remains consistent while navigating. If analytics or optional tracking are enabled, we will apply any necessary notice, consent and opt-out controls.
6. Retention and security
We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for contract fulfillment, security, accounting, disputes or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards including access restrictions and secure transport, but no online system can promise absolute security.
7. Customer requests and corrections
To ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent or another applicable privacy right, email connect@ranet.in with sufficient details to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained where legally required or necessary to protect rights.
8. International services
When international cloud, hosting or payment services are used, processing may involve servers and processors outside India, subject to applicable agreements and laws.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the website, services or applicable legal requirements change. Material updates will be published here.
Note: This public policy should be reviewed against your actual hosting, analytics, payment, mailing and data-retention settings before launch.
